Yes, it is definitely true, It’s the small pleasures in life that gives us joy. My right arm had been immobile for months. There were things I could not do: I couldn’t put my hair in a ponytail. I couldn’t put on shirts that required my arm lifting over my head. I couldn’t pull the milk out of the refrigerator one handed. These things sound trivial I know but the one thing I couldn’t do that I wanted to do desperately was shave my arm pit. LOL! Today I was able to lift my arm over my head and remove the unsightly hairs that have tormented me for months.

LOL, most definitely. Except that physical therapy kicked my butt today and now my neck and arm ache…think I’m going to turn in early to bed tonight.
